Cabestan Nostromo Watch Glows In The Dark, Moves Like A Ferrari, Costs The Same
There’s no way in hell you’d ever get me to drop $141,000 on a watch, but that’s exactly how much Cabestan is asking for their Nostromo watch. I’m no watch maker, so I’m a bit stretched to tell you what the hell is going on here, but I can guarantee the excessive presence of opulence.
What sounds really neat is the nocturnal transformation. And don’t confuse that phrase with adolescent teen boys. The Nostromo watch is discretely covered with a black phosphorescent coating that will illuminate the mechanisms with a subtle yellow-green glow of light that is said to flow around the wheels, bridges, drums and drive shafts. All this and a rubber band.
